Tasting Notes:  This Kolsch-style beer has been infused with elderflower and blueberries to make it a vibrant violet colour.  Blueberry and elderflower are the most dominant aromas, both of which are rounded out by the smell of Hallertauer hops (the beer itself is brewed with Magnum, Hallertauer, and Mittlefruh).

The taste is smooth and is dominated by the elderflower and blueberries, while the hops provide only a slight bitterness.  It is definitely a beer for non-beer drinkers and is perfect for drinking outside by the lake.
