Tasting Notes:  For those of you who love the bitterness and taste of Muskoka’s Mad Tom, Twice as Mad is the beer for you.  Brewed with Centennial, Columbus, Chinook and Millenium hops, it’s hop bitterness is matched with a slight alcohol taste due to the higher ABV.  Aromas of citrus, and pine, it has flavours of citrus and pine with a slightly warming feel thanks to the 8.4% ABV.
